Mr. Maintenance Engineer

Mr. Maintenance Engineer is the maintenance engineer for Station V3. His duties involve doing all sorts of things to keep the station running, occasionally including his own maintenance and/or engineering. A green humanoid alien with no nose and clawlike hands, he is almost identical to Mr. Substitute, except for the fact that he wears a hat, and Mr. Substitute doesn't.
