Record Show

Monday, November 21st, 2005

There was a record show in Wilkes-Barre today, which I had completely forgotten about (shame on me) until my wife Karen reminded me. We weren’t looking for anything in particular, but went for a quick look anyway and picked up a dozen 45s.

On that note, today’s bonuses are a sketch of Ebb at the record show, a photo of Ebb at home with the 45s he found, and a new record on the Ebb’s own label. Thank you to everyone who’s been voting for Station V3!

(And if you’re curious what those records in the photo are, there’s a list of them here on the forum.)

New Who

There was a special Doctor Who scene done for the BBC’s Children In Need Appeal night, and it’s online here.

Station V3 is Still Missing

Friday, November 18th, 2005

It’s been over a month now since the station disappeared, and they still haven’t found it… But I suppose if Blake’s 7 could get through two seasons without Blake, Station V3 can get through a month or two without the station. (But I’m not planning to replace my computer with Slave.)

Today’s new bonuses: At buzzComix, a look at what the people who put up V3’s signs on the planet are doing now that it’s missing. At TopWebcomics, one of the pirates working on my NaNoWriMo bit for me. And at Webcomics List, a bad translation of today’s strip. (As over!)

Back In Color Again

Tuesday, November 15th, 2005

April (which starts off with an April Fools guest strip from Charles Brubaker of Tex and Jenny) was in color before I switched hosts – and now it’s in color again. And now so is last April!

In other news, more V3 (and Z7) strips have been transcribed for Oh No Robot – thanks to Tankred, Kittenelite, and The Anonymous Benefactor. :)

More Bonus!

Saturday, November 12th, 2005

Today’s bonuses: a sketch of a rumormonger writing his novel (and probably doing better with it than I am!), and a bad translation of today’s strip. (If you missed yesterday’s, it’s here.) Thanks for voting!

And also thanks to anyone who’s been putting in transcriptions for Oh No Robot – especially Tankred, who put in a bunch both for Station V3 and Z7!
