Check out this year's
Fright Night - I did a Halloween remix of a comic from Rudi Gunther's
Deathworld, and Rudi did a great Halloween remix (seen
here) of
this strip!
Today's
Z7 strip is the 400th, not counting the 9 Station V3 strips it started with. At some point there will be a 401st, but for now Z7's going off the regular MWF updates. Things have been busy lately, so any comic time is going to be spent on V3 - and it seemed like a reasonable point to leave Z7 at! (Adrift, can't send a distress signal, in semi-stasis...) :)
There are three new sprite bonus strips up today - They're having some time loop side effects there too. In the
first one, Ebb reports some side effects, in the
second the rumormongers encounter a time/space disturbance, and in the
third, Floyd puts his problem-solving skills to use!
Ebb watching a videodisc of Star Trek - The Motion Picture:
(Of course, it might work a little better if he tried putting it in the player...)
Today's strip is number 1,234 - it's not a milestone that ends in zeros or corresponds to an exact number of years I've been doing the strip, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. :) (Only 1,111 more to go until 2,345!)
And there's a
bad translation of today's strip up as a bonus. (Not *too* bad... it almost makes sense!)
I've updated the
bonus archive with all of the bonuses from the past few months (apart from
the current ones), so if you missed any (or would like to see some of them again), now's your chance!
My contribution to guest week over at
The PC Weenies is up today -
take a look!
We're a little over 75% through 2006, and a little over 75% of the strips in the Station V3 archives are now transcribed over at
Oh No Robot. (A big thank you to everyone who's been helping out with that, especially Kerinbot!)
There are two new bonus strips up today - in the
first one, the rumormongers are discussing reality being 75% back to normal, and the
second one is a bad translation of today's strip. (I could say it makes 75% less sense than the original, but I'd just be making that number up!)
